As a key National Transport Contracts and Compliance team member, the Inbound Transport Contracts Manager is responsible for effectively operating new and existing CCEP transport contracts that provide inbound/raw material deliveries to nominated sites nationally. The role supports the Logistics function to ensure a fit-for-purpose inbound transport solution is compliant, cost-effective and agile.

To give you an idea of how this Inbound Contracts Manager role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:

- Liaise with supply chain planning and manufacturing teams to understand inbound & raw material supply requirements and transport specifications
- Negotiate freight contracts with transport partners, ensuring compliance with company procurement policy and relevant legislation
- Collaborate with Supply Chain Planning and Manufacturing managers to align and optimise inbound supply needs and adapt transport capability to suit changes forecast
- Manage the contractual elements of active transport agreements (Service KPIs and metrics, fuel levies, rise and fall reviews, etc.).
- Five years of operational experience working with transport contractors in a similar logistics environment or as a transport contractor that provides comparable services at scale
- Proven leadership qualities as well as influencing skills
- The ability to work effectively and deliver results across cross-functional teams
- Resilient and self-motivated individual that can operate in a busy and process-driven organisation.
