We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Consultant to join the team at our Shoreline masterplan Community, located in Redland Bay, Queensland.

As our newest Sales Consultant you will predominately focus on meeting or exceeding sale targets, of vacant land sold both off the plan and completed within the project. You will be responsible for prospect generation through database management, community engagement and supported marketing activities. In addition, you will qualify leads, manage contact information, referrals, and appointments whilst providing the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction.

To be successful in this role you will ideally have demonstrated vacant land sales or residential real estate experience. You will possess a current Real Estate Sales Certificate (preferably a full Real Estate Licence), have an established network of builder relationships as well as a consultative, empathetic approach and a passion for dealing with customers. You need to be self-motivated, with a "can do" attitude and exceptionally strong interpersonal skills to work effectively as part of a small but friendly team.

The position will be located at Shoreline in our new Sales and Information Centre and does involve working weekends with days off provided during the week.
