**Your Impact**

An exciting opportunity has come available for a Production Area Manager to join our Yatala Brewery. In this role you will be accountable for achieving the lines production plan, while meeting the Safety, Quality, Environmental and Asahi Way requirements, as well as applicable Legal requirements

**Key Responsibilities**
- Determination of manufacturing process capability and identification of line constraints
- Develop, own and ensure execution of the manufacturing Continuous Improvement plan
- Lead implementation and embedding of Asahi Way
- Plan, direct and control the end-to-end operations within the packaging department.
- Ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness through compliance with all relevant Environment, Health and Safety, Quality standards and policies as well as applicable Legal requirements
- Improve organisation effectiveness through the development and deployment of solutions to improve productivity and drive a performance culture

**About You**
- Degree qualification in Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline
- 3- 5 years' experience in leading teams and functions with an FMCG environment with Site Leadership
- Experience in FMCG and unionized environments essential
- Sound familiarity with good manufacturing disciplines across brewing, packaging and quality (or combination) and how to best leverage these
- Personal and career maturity to comfortably guide and coach managers and operational teams; underpinned by exceptional leadership skills
- Proven track record of problem solving in a complex manufacturing environment
- Strong communication, engagement and interpersonal skills - delivers impactful messages and influences outcomes
