**About Us**:
White's IGA is an innovative, market leading, independently owned and operated supermarket group based on the Sunshine Coast. Roz and Michael White purchased a small convenience store in Maroochydore in 1993. Since this time the business has grown from 1 store with 3 staff to 6 stores. Our stores are designed to capture the vibrancy of the local community with an emphasis on 'fresh and local'.

**About the Role**:
White's IGA is now seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Customer Service Supervisor for their Mt Coolum store. This highly regarded position will be responsible for assisting the Customer Service Department and the Customer Service Manager with delivering exceptional supermarket service.

**About you**:

- You will have general customer service supervisor experience.
- You will be able to assist in driving concepts, products and deliver programs to excite our customers.
- You will be hard working with an energetic personality.
- You will have good time management skills, with the ability to multi-task.
- You will be meticulous in your presentation and maintain a high level of cleanliness.
- You will possess strong interpersonal skills and be able to provide a high level of customer service.
- You will embrace White's IGA unique 'locavore' culture and actively engage in the community.
