**Early Childhood Educator / Traineeship**

**About you**

You will be expected to embrace the Montessori Pedagogy and core values when working with the children, including a willingness to undergo training and attend workshops if required.

You will:

- Be a strong team player
- Hold a high professional ethics
- Have a strong drive to learn
- Possess the industry-standard police check, work with children check, first aid, food handling.
- Have a passion for achievement and satisfaction in teaching children during their most precious years.
- Be prepared to work shifts according to rostered hours from 7:30 am to 6:30 pm.
- Have a reliable vehicle and must be within easy commuting distance to the South-Eastern suburbs (maximum 40 minutes travel time).
- If you have experience in another discipline such as music, dance or creative arts this would be seen as favourable.
