About The Role

The Junior Finance Officer will assist the Finance Team with various tasks on a part-time, 12-month fixed-term contract, requiring a minimum commitment of two days per week. The role will involve rotating through several functions within the finance department to support its operational activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the team with various finance tasks.
- Assist with maintaining finance systems.
- Perform general administrative duties related to finance
- Assisting the CFO and Finance Manager with ad hoc tasks when required.

Prerequisite Skills and Experience:

- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management
- Ability to effectively manage time
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Have a positive attitude with the ability to work as part of a close-knit team as well as autonomously
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Essential qualifications:

- Working towards an under-graduate degree (Accounting, Finance, Commerce)
- All training will be provided on the job
