**What's on offer?**
This is a great opportunity for someone with 1-2 years FX/CFD sales experience to step up into a more autonomous role where your sales and account management ability will be truly appreciated. This entrepreneurial business will reward you with a strong base salary and an uncapped commission structure which is simple to understand.

**Who will you be working for?**
Based in Sydney CBD, you will join a successful and high performing group that is expanding its Australian operation. You will be expected to already have a strong network of HNW clients and a good reputation in the market place. They believe in developing long-standing relationships with their clients and will expect you to have strong relationship management skills. Their working environment is mature and success is based on revenue rather than activity based KPI's. This role could possibly develop into a management position in the long term if that was of interest.

- A track record of success

- Established network and contacts
- Advanced communication skills
- Excellent financial markets knowledge
- RG146 and ideally a relevant degree
- Professional, articulate and well presented
- A second language would be beneficial but not essential
