Following the completion of a comprehensive Strategic Review in May 2024, it was announced that Perpetual Limited will become a standalone Asset Management business and has entered into an agreement with an affiliate of Kohlberg Kravis Roberts (KKR) who will acquire the Corporate Trust and Wealth Management businesses.

About the role

An exciting opportunity to be part of the Perpetual Corporate Trust. As Client Services Officer within the Custody Team, you will be responsible assisting with custodial services to a portfolio of custody clients.

About the Role

As a Client Service Officer within Custody Services you will:
- Manage a portfolio of custody clients across varieties of assets- Prepare documents for execution- Conduct ongoing asset reconciliations- Issuing reports to clients- Assist with document safekeeping- Participate in regulatory obligations, including control testing across operations- Assist with custody specific projects, as required.

About you

We're looking for someone with:
- At least 1-2 years' experience working in a similar role- Previous experience with mortgages and custody (highly desirable)- Previous experience with reconciliation, banking transactions or investments (highly regarded)- Attention to Detail: Ability to manage and reconcile assets accurately and ability to conduct thorough asset reconciliations and participate in control testing- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication for preparing documents and issuing reports.- Organisational Skills: Efficiently manage multiple tasks and projects.
