?? The Role:As a Lead Educator, you'll play a key role in creating high-quality educational programs, mentoring educators in your room, and building strong, positive relationships with families and the wider team.
Your leadership and creativity will guide a nurturing environment where children can thrive.

What You'll Need:Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check)First Aid Certificate with training in Asthma & AnaphylaxisStrong knowledge of EYLF and NQSProven experience leading a room or acting in a similar leadership roleAbility to mentor, support, and inspire your teamStrong planning, documentation, and communication skills??
