Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Team Member is an integral member of our customer-facing team and will effectively deliver store operations activities in support of a sales-focused culture and profitable sales growth.

Responsibilities
Deliver effective store administration in line with standard procedures, including cash handling, banking integrity, and tendering transactions.
Manage store multi-channel fulfilment and stock integrity; handle telephone enquiries and support marketing and promotional activity.
Contribute to financial performance through inventory management and control of expenses.
Manage all sales channel fulfilment in line with procedures and work collaboratively to deliver a positive store and channel experience for customers.
Resolve customer complaints and queries as required and contribute to brand presentation through merchandising and in-store marketing.
Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge via available online platforms and development opportunities.
