About The Role

Reporting to the Group Brand Lead, your role as Brand and Sponsorship Coordinator is responsible bringing to life a consistent brand experience across the BOQ Group portfolio of brands. Working across a diverse portfolio of brand and industry activity, you will build visibility and execute compelling end-to-end engagement experiences that will influence perceptions of key target audiences.

You will work closely with our internal marketing team (The Inside Job), our Social and Content team as well as our Retail and Business Marketing Teams. You will be joining a growing, but well-established team who pride themselves on collaboration and team success whilst having the autonomy to manage their own portfolios.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

- Co-ordinate integrated and multi-channel marketing campaigns for brand campaigns, sponsorships and new product launches; prepare briefs, liaise with stakeholders and ensure the timely delivery of collateral via the dedicated sales and marketing channels.
- Manage general administrative activities, including processing invoices for the department, preparing presentations, reports and communications for internal and external stakeholders.

About You

This role is perfect for someone just starting their career in Brand and Marketing. You're going to learn of industry leaders and we will provide a defined and measurable career pathway for you enjoy success within the group. We'll be looking for someone with a relevant qualification in Marketing, Public Relations or Communication.

If you have some work experience in similar environment that would be great however if you don't, we'll want you to have experience working on external projects during your study.

The keys to be successful in this role is being versatile and ready to support the team in multiple areas. You will have the opportunity to be autonomous and provide your own insights and ideas where possible but your main focus will be to support the team.

Your superior attention to detail will be complimented by your exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Above all else, you will have a positive 'can do' attitude and enjoy working in fast-paced and exciting environment.
