To continuously support this vision, we are now seeking an experienced Dealer Principal to sit at the helm of three rapidly growing brands(Hyundai, Geely and GWM) based at our highly popular Doncaster site.You will be instrumental in driving growth and profitability whilst having the opportunity to cultivate the new GWM dealership from inception.Additionally, you will:Exceeding targets by appropriately planning and directing activity within the dealershipMaintain inventory control system that meets the needs of the dealership and customerCoaching, leading, and directing a team of successful staff Develop and execute a long-term plan for the success of the DealershipEnsuring a follow-up system is in place that encourages repeat business and generates leadsActively managing relationships across manufacture and dealership, including the generating of various reports and presentationsEnsure MSI results at benchmark or better by inspiring a customer centric approach across the dealershipParticipate in creating a local area marketing strategy and execute accordinglyWhat we are looking for:Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to motivate othersSound business acumen and the ability to create a culture of absolute excellence in customer serviceHigh commitment to integrity and possess both project and risk management capabilitiesProven ability to achieve or exceed volume and revenue targetDemonstrated ability to maximise CSI resultsStaff management experienceStrong sales and fixed operations backgroundAbility to work under pressure and to deadlines
