**About the Role**

As an ANOTHEN Community Care support worker/ mentor you will provide exceptional supports/services to our clients by skills development, enhancing independence, building resilience, achieving goals and objects for individuals. The role is about making a difference on a day-to-day basis as you journey with our clients.

**Essential criteria**
- Minimum a certificate 3 (or higher) in Disability/Individual Support/Community Services or similar
- Relevant experience within the disability sector with evidence of supporting participants with mental health conditions, complex needs and behaviours of concern
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificates
- Mental health first aid or similar
- Excellent English - spoken, written and comprehension
- Current Working with Children's Check (WWCC)
- Current Police Check
- Current NDIS Check/Disability Check
- Current Australian Driver's License with a reliable car
- Rights to work in Australia

This role is best suited to someone who enjoys a challenge, but also enjoys seeing individuals achieve steps in their journey towards recovery.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
