**The Role**

As an Analyst, you will provide support to a small team for the building up a of new procurement delivery platform.

Duties will include:

- Spend category analysis including supporting recategorization of vendor spend and allocating costs across the current divisional structure
- Addressable spend build out and benefits target, including PowerPoint slides, extracting key data and messages
- Vendor database/guided buying tool build
- Sharepoint contract database
- Basket of Goods including purchase price data collection from previous projects to build future bench-marking analysis
- Stakeholder engagement across the business

This is an initial 6 month assignment with the potential to extend. This role is an immediate requirement for the team, and is paying $500 - $600/day + super.

Our client is an ASX-listed Property Owner, award winning employer of choice. They offer a hybrid working arrangement of 3 days in the CBD Office.

**Desirable skills/ capabilities**:

- Highly proficient in Excel including macros etc
- Familiar with Power BI and SharePoint including the use of SharePoint forms
- Competent in PowerPoint
- Capable of taking disparate data sources to convert into structured information
- A pragmatic mindset
- Prior procurement experience helpful but not essential - change or process exp also useful
