You will be responsible for guiding and coaching teams and the wider organisation in lean-agile values, principles, and practices.

**PERSOLKELLY** is seeking Scrum Master to join one of the largest financial institutions based in Melbourne.

You will be responsible for guiding and coaching teams and the wider organisation in lean-agile values, principles, and practices.

**YOUR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Coach teams and the wider organisation on the adoption of Agile values, principles and practices as well as adopting a learning & growth mindset.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops using the appropriate practices, frameworks, and models.
- Help the team to focus on progress toward their sprint goals while also focusing in on flow and quality.
- Develop and communicate team metrics to help the team and wider organisation focus in on flow and quality.
- Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups.
- Planning deliverables and helping teams monitor performance.

**WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**
- Proven experience working as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
- Previous experience in Wealth and/or equity domain in the BFSI sector.
- Must have experience working in Private Banking, Corporate banking, Markets and/or Investment banking, also experience working on high transactional digital platforms.
