Overview
Repco Hastings are looking to welcome a Casual Store Person to join their team. The purpose of this role is to take care of our incoming stock, ensuring all inward goods received are receipted and carefully put away. An understanding of car parts, whilst not essential, will also be helpful.
Responsibilities
Managing warehouse duties and some deliveries.
Receive and check all goods, record discrepancies or damaged items, and receipted goods accordingly.
Put away goods in a safe, tidy, and correct location.
Assist with operational compliance requirements, such as cyclic stock takes.
Maintain housekeeping standards across the store and facilities.
Support showroom presentation and merchandising as required.
Maintain a safety mindset and strive to provide a safe work environment.
Provide genuine service to customers and create positive experiences.
Hours on offer: Monday–Friday, approximately 5 hours per day; additional hours as required.
Note: This is a casual role.
Skills & Experience
Previous retail and/or warehouse experience with a focus on receivables is preferred.
Physical ability to perform duties, including handling heavy products.
Attention to detail and ability to keep stock accurate.
Proactive, resourceful, with flexible availability and a valid driver's licence.
