Opal Packaging Plus is an industry-leading packaging and consumables business across Australia. We have an exciting opportunity to join the Opal team at our site in Wangara who is currently looking for a Store person to come onboard in a Casual, Full-Time role
The primary objective of this role is to maintain the Warehouse function to ensure supplies of materials and finished goods are available within required time frames and the warehouse is operating effectively and to maximum efficiency.
You will contribute to the success of Opal by:
Picking, staging and distribution of goods.
Processing of inbound and outbound orders.
Maintaining stock integrity in warehouse.
Goods receipt into SAP and generate labels for imported traded goods.
Replenishment of stock.
Ensure that the loading of trucks is done in a safe and efficient manner.
Ensure appropriate inspection of incoming materials/supplies against orders.
Book material into SAP and maintain appropriate stock levels to ensure continuous production.
Undertake other tasks as directed by the Team Leader or Manager.

Specifically, for this role, we expect you will have:
Experience working in a high-volume warehouse and distribution environment.
An understanding and adherence to WH&S policies and procedures and CoR (Chain of Responsibility) requirements.
Knowledge of inventory management.
Computer Literacy Skills.
Demonstrated problem solving, technical and communication skills.
Ability to work within a team environment.
Knowledge of using RF Scanners and SAP guided WMS (Warehouse Management System) skills.
Current High Risk Work License for Order Picking Forklift license (LO) and/or Forklift (LF) plus relevant experience.
