**The Role**
Are you looking to step up in your career and take on your next exciting challenge within the transport and logistics industry? An opportunity exists for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to lead our AM Warehouse team as a **Morning Shift Supervisor **/** Operations Supervisor **/ **Warehousing Supervisor**.
The role will be working alongside 2 AM Supervisors, reporting to AM Deputy Manager Operations, and handling up to 30 frontline employees (handler/forklift drivers). The working hours is **Monday - Friday 1 am - 9:30 am**.

**The Responsibilities**:

- Provides daily supervisory support to direct and functional reports
- Manages daily completion of team tasks as well as delegated first level employee related activities, as defined by local policies (including performance monitoring/management and development discussions, employee related administration, supporting initial/informal disciplinary action activities).
- Performs or coordinates audits and reviews of existing processes or documentation to ensure appropriate standards and rules are applied.
- Handles escalated, complex or high impact customer issues as they arise
- Participates in/leads continuous improvement opportunities within department.

**Skills & Experience**
- Forklift licence and experience operating forklift
- Experience in a team leader/supervisory role within the supply chain, manufacturing, transport, logistics, or warehousing environment
- Knowledge and experience in effective training, coaching, and people management practices, including leadership development
