Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehouse team and drive warehouse performance.

About the Role: The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating warehousing resources, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. They will also liaise with the Customer Service team to prioritize outbound order picking, maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment, and ensure that all warehousing equipment is in safe working order.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership of the warehouse team
  • Coordination of warehousing resources
  • Liaising with the Customer Service team
  • Maintenance of the warehouse environment
  • Maintenance of warehousing equipment
  • Picking items on a First-In-First-Out (FIFO) basis
  • Liaising with purchasing and distribution planners
  • Processing of warehouse-related documentation
  • Quarantine materials management
  • Cycle counts and stock discrepancies investigation
  • Identification of issues impacting warehousing activities

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience: A minimum of 8 years' proven experience within warehouse supervision.
Skills: Proven conflict resolution skills and people management skills, high attention to detail, good organization and coordination skills, strong communication skills, sound relationship building skills, proficiency in Word and Excel, ability to operate within ongoing job improvement.

Qualifications: Certificate IV in Transport & Logistics or equivalent, current Forklift Licence.
