Importantly, we are also a team of young and friendly, results-hungry and data-driven digital marketing professionals. And we are looking for someone who is a consistently high performer in terms of:

- Passionate about creating business value for clients through the implementation of innovative and managed SEO campaigns
- Leading an SEO team to generate tangible business results
- Having an in-depth understanding of SEO and all the bits of the digital marketing jigsaw
- Understanding the business environment and management reporting.

**As Head of SEO you will**
- Develop and implement a 12-month capability plan for SEO, to achieve material growth in the SEO revenue line
- Continually review customer campaign performance, the operation of the SEO business model, end-to-end processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Implement proactive retention strategies, processes and activities
- Lead, train and motivate the SEO team to achieve company, team and individual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including scheduled team updates, planning and training sessions, KPI reviews, Individual Development Plans (IDPs), and regular one-on-ones with each team member
- Manage, monitor and control the performance of the SEO team e.g. business growth, client metrics and retention, SEO dashboard/traffic light report, opportunities for improvement
- Lead by example with proactive cross-team collaboration/communication, client management, and a genuine focus on individuals resolving problems rather than escalating.

**What we are looking for**
- A sound understanding of: Digital marketing products/service; SEO strategies, technologies and campaign practices; managing client expectations; leading a diverse team: and presenting management and client reports
- That amazing manager ability to track steps towards deadlines, keep people informed, check deliverables against contracts, drive continuous improvement and always, but always, watching the bottom line
- Excellent English speaking/writing ability i.e. negotiating through blockages across internal teams, dealing with difficult clients, presenting in management meetings, having difficult conversations with team members
