We are a popular, recently renovated venue with fantastic facilities for everyone to enjoy. Everything you'd come to expect from an outstanding Queensland venue. Great, friendly service, entertainment and exceptional food and beverage.
The successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills, a great team mindset and be comfortable working in a large busy venue.
Key Responsibilities
Greet all members and guests with a warm, friendly welcome and farewell
Provide up-to-date information on Club facilities, offers, and promotions
Promote and process memberships, renewals, and our Aspire Rewards loyalty program
Manage restaurant and courtesy bus bookings using the booking system
Answer phone calls promptly and professionally
Handle cash, EFTPOS, and membership transactions securely and accurately
Maintain knowledge of all relevant reception software and systems
Monitor patron safety and report concerns to management or security
Support a clean, tidy, and professional reception area
Ensure compliance with liquor licensing, anti-money laundering, WH&S, and other Club policies
The Ideal Candidate Will Have the Following Skills
A genuine, welcoming personality with a strong customer service focus
Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment with attention to detail
Strong computer skills and willingness to learn booking/membership systems
Cash handling and transaction processing experience
Professional presentation and reliability
Knowledge of hospitality or membership-based environments (desirable)
Current RSA certification
