NEPEAN Conveyors is looking for a motivated **Pulley Overhaul Coordinator** to join our dynamic team in Unanderra, NSW. This is a full-time, permanent position offering the opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art facility alongside engineers, designers, and fabricators on both large and small projects.

**What You'll Be Doing**:
You will oversee and coordinate the pulley overhaul section, ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading and supervising the pulley overhaul team
- Training and guiding workshop employees to meet production goals
- Managing scheduling, budgeting, and liaising with customers, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Allocating tasks to tradesmen and apprentices according to production plans
- Troubleshooting and resolving faults in bearings, seals, and steelwork
- Driving process improvements, quality control, and operational oversight

**What We're Looking For**:

- Trade qualifications (ideally as a Fitter)
- Strong attention to detail and excellent planning capabilities
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Previous experience with Belt Conveyors (beneficial but not essential)
