**The Role**
Due to our rapid growth, we are looking for a vibrant and motivated individual to join our journey..
The role of National Client Services Manager will be responsible for:
- Liaising with direct clients, Support Coordinators and all stakeholders Who Require Our Services: In Home Supports, Supported Independent Living, Community Access & Participation, Respite, etc.
- End to End onboarding and ongoing monitoring for all Participants in your caseload.
- Collaborating with Coordination, Recruitment and Manage to ensure best outcomes for all Participants
- Onboarding of New Participants with all relevant compliance - Including: Participant Profiles, Care Plans, Service Agreements, Schedule of Supports, Collating Health Assessments, etc.
- Ongoing Face to Face Meetings with Participants to Ensure Service Standards are Upheld
**About You**
- Minimum 2 years' experience working in Disability from a Client Management perspective
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Person-centred focus in all communications and duties
- Ability to work autonomously and with a team
- NDIS Worker Screening Check or Working with Children Check & Police Check
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Experience meeting deadlines, and working within a fast-paced environment
