3 weeks ago Be among the first 25 applicantsWe are seeking an experienced lawyer with 2+ years of experience inPersonal Injuryto join our Salisbury office with the following experience:Acting for clients who have Return To Work SA claims, claims against self-insured employers and insurers in statutory litigation matters and providing strategic advice and representation on maximising claimRunning litigation and assisting counsel in the South Australian Employment Tribunal and the Supreme Court/ Court of AppealNegotiating with employers, and lawyers who act for RTWSA, self-insured employers and insurers in Statutory litigation mattersDoconade is a high volume practice and will require you to commence quickly and confidently, and you must independently attend to matters yourself.You must have sound legal knowledge and will be experienced in managing your own file load in personal injury with a demonstrated decision making ability and analytical skills.You will be mentored from a business perspective, but it will be expected you have a thorough knowledge of the technical aspects of running a fileThis is a great opportunity for someone looking to become more independent, make a move to a suburban practice, who focus on well-being, and growth of their people by allowing and encouraging people to live balanced lives.You need to have excellent communication skills both with staff and clients.About Doconade LawyersThe law firm currently known as Doconade Lawyers was founded in 2009 and is currently based in the northern suburbs of Adelaide, Salisbury.We will relocate within the next 2-3 months.Our service offering is informed by a long-term, relational, and knowledge-based approach.
