We're seeking a skilled Personal Injury Lawyer to join our team.

The successful candidate will work closely with clients, taking instructions and building trusted relationships. They will assist in gathering and organising medical records, expert reports, and evidence to strengthen claims.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare correspondence
  • Prepare court documents, bundles, and attend procedural hearings
  • Contribute to settlement strategy by summarising evidence and developing case theories
  • Collaborate with senior lawyers and experts while learning how to run files efficiently
  • Manage deadlines, compliance, and accurate file records
  • Develop and strengthen the foundations of advocacy and client representation

Requirements:

  • 1-5 years Post Qualification Experience
  • Strives for excellence and produces work of a high standard
  • Has great attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Capable of working collaboratively with a team and semi-autonomously under supervision of seniors
  • Takes initiative and solves problems creatively
  • Manages competing deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with clients and team
