**Qualifications**:
Certificate III in Aged/Disability Care

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in Community Aged Care/Disability Care.
- Certificate lll / lV in Home and Community Care (or similar).
- Willingness to travel distance and be willing to work various hours.
- A roadworthy and registered vehicle and hold a current drivers' licence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to commit to consistent and long shifts.
- The ability to demonstrate empathy with clients.
- First-aid & CPR.
