We are seeking an experienced Automation Professional to join our team. This role involves working with various automation tools and programming languages to build, implement, and maintain automated systems within Microsoft 365 services.
About the Role:
This is a key opportunity for a skilled automation specialist to make a significant impact on our business processes. The ideal candidate will have expertise in identifying business process improvement opportunities and developing technology solutions to automate and streamline operations.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document current business processes to pinpoint opportunities for automation.
- Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions using tools such as Power Automate or scripting languages.
- Develop scripts and configure workflows to automate repetitive tasks and improve business efficiency.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for all automated processes and systems.
- Test, troubleshoot, and optimize automation scripts and solutions for performance and reliability.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for automation.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in process or technology automation within the Financial Services industry.
- Strong proficiency in one or more automation tools/platforms and scripting languages (Power Platform).
- Solid understanding of process analysis, mapping, and optimization.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and communicating with non-technical stakeholders.
