As a key member of our Technology team, you'll streamline processes, delivering tech-driven solutions that make a real difference. You'll be part of a high-performing, customer-focused team, always looking for new ways to improve automation.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Design, Build, and Implement Automation Processes
  • Monitor and maintain automations post-launch, resolving issues quickly and effectively.
  • Partner with Business Analysts to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Act as the go-to expert for RPA development and UiPath technologies.

Our ideal candidate has full Australian working rights without restriction. They have experience integrating AI/ML models and APIs, and strong hands-on expertise in UiPath. Additionally, they have at least 3 years' experience in automation development and process improvement.

About You
  • UiPath certification (Associate or Professional) is essential.
  • Solid programming skills in C# and/or Python are required.
  • Experience in agile environments, ideally with Scrum, JIRA, and Confluence.
  • Strong organisational skills, time management, and a focus on high-quality delivery.
