It's ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-oriented environment and is looking to grow into a strategic planning role over time.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership Support & Strategic CoordinationProvide direct support to the NSW leadership team through meeting coordination, agenda preparation, action tracking, and follow-up.
Includes expense claim, diary coordination and travel management.Support the development and delivery of key business initiatives and priorities.Work closely with the NSW Commercial & Operations team to contribute to strategic planning processes, reporting, and communication.Act as a single point of contact representing PDS to the broader JLL business.Bid Writing & Business GrowthWrite effective, concise and compelling content (bids / proposals / submissions, presentations and source material) while under the pressure sometimes associated with deadlinesContribute content to the Knowledge Management platform through development of case studies, CVs, baseline, content and creative elements for pursuitsDevelop, edit, proofread and review graphics, presentations and other messaging materials, as neededActively participate in industry events and networking forums to strengthen JLL's presence and build external relationshipsManage CRM updates and support the execution of client relationship plans.Identify and map key decision-makers within target organizations, understanding their roles, influences, and pain pointsInitiate direct contact with potential clients through various channels (e.g., cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, industry events)Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to each prospect's specific needs and challengesCollaboration & Cross-Business EngagementWork closely with internal teams including Growth, Sales, Delivery, Sector Leads, and Marketing to enhance client experience and maximise opportunitiesFacilitate cross-functional collaboration, ensuring that business lines work together to drive client successPartner with marketing to create client case studies, market insights, and branding initiatives that reinforce JLL's value propositionEvent Planning, Senior Exec Support & Team Cultural EngagementActively lead to organisation of key client engagement activities, including client events, roundtables, and meetings.Lead the planning and execution of client and internal team eventsSupport State Manager with travel booking and expense administration via JBS team.Lead new starter onboarding, including coordinating access passes, IT log-in, training material run throughGather client feedback and market intelligence to refine service offerings and enhance customer experienceImplement engagement frameworks that ensure a consistent, high quality client experience across all touchpointsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure that network connections are leveraged across the organization for maximum benefitStay informed about industry trends, challenges, and opportunities across multiple sectors to provide valuable insights to clients and prospectsDevelop a reputation as a trusted advisor within the commercial real estate industry and related sectorsSound like you?
