We are currently looking for an experienced On-Boarding Coordinator to play a critical role in our Operations Support Team.

**The Position**

Based in our Cannon Hill support office and reporting to our Operations Support Manager, this position is key in helping our sites operate efficiently. Working as the key liaison between our Recruitment Team, and our site based operations, you will manage employee on-boarding throughout our ESS Business. We're looking for someone who is interested in developing a career within our business, which is dynamic and ever-changing as we adapt to different market challenges. Specifically, you will be responsible for the following;
- Coordinating on-boarding processes
- Coordinating site entry and induction requirements
- Uniform ordering and loading employees into client portals
- Liaising with recruitment team and site based operations, ensuring a smooth new starter experience

**The Person**
- Experience in on-boarding and/or site mobilisations
- Experience in coordinating and administering induction processes
- Staffing, rostering or workforce planning experience is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills, with varying levels of employees
- Customer service focus, with flexible approach and attitude
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet competing priorities
