**How will I help?**

Sitting within Group Procurement & Corporate Services, the Procurement Associate is responsible for managing Coupa support requests. You will work within a team of 5 and report directly in our Senior Manager - Digital Engagement and Adoption within Procurement.

We are seeking an experienced customer service and system support professional with the technical capability to drive strong solutions and updates to our internal stakeholders and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities include:

- Timely actioning of Coupa support requests which come in through the JIRA platform
- Ensure appropriate Coupa support channels are maintained to deliver a positive user experience
- Co-ordinate and perform regression testing activities for major system releases
- Perform periodic Risk controls as per BAU Support handbook
- Liaison between Coupa Users / Tech support team / key stakeholders
- Coupa BAU - delivery of support via JIRA and other channels on all Coupa related support queries

**What do I need?**
- Previous experience in a systems support role (Procurement systems is ideal)
- Excellent communication skills and experience within customer service roles
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Continuous improvement mindset and strong technical capabilities
