Diva T is hiring Support Workers to provide supports to a number of participants in the Toowoomba region. We like to do things differently, we like to find creative solutions and truly commit to our participant's choice and control and they will be involved in the recruitment process, so please feel free to write a cover letter telling them a little bit about you.

The supports range from community access, domestic support and personal care.

We have a wonderful Team Leader who will train and mentor any newly qualified Support Workers, so if you have just obtained your Certificate III in Individual Support, we would love to hear from you.

Our casual pay rates for a worker with a Cert III in Individual Support or its equivalent is $40.26 per hour plus super with the applicable penalty rates as per the SCHADS award.

The shifts we are recruiting for are as follows:
Tuesday and Thursday 11am to 5pm

Wednesday and Friday 1pm to 7pm

Friday 8am to 2pm

Availability to cover shifts due to annual leave or unexpected absence.

We will need you to have (or the ability to obtain) the following:

- NDIS Worker Screening Card
- Blue Card
- Cert III Individual Support
- First Aid
- CPR
- Queensland Drivers License
- Comprehensive Car Insurance
- Access to your own vehicle
- Have completed your NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- Have full and unrestricted work rights in Australia

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $40.26 - $41.53 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 15 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Shift work

Supplemental pay types:

- Penalty rates

**Education**:

- Certificate I - IV (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- NDIS Worker Screening Card (preferred)
