**You will Need**

**Duties**
- Assisting customers in-store and online
- Providing expert knowledge to customers
- Maintaining stock
- Following up leads
- Liaising with suppliers
- Processing inward and outward orders

**What We Require**
- Experience in (or ability to work in) a customer-focused, successful retail business.
- Experience in sales
- Knowledge and a passion to learn about musical instruments
- Ability to service customers while managing work tasks around their needs.
- Going above and beyond to provide exceptional customer-focused problem solving
- Experience in resolving customer complaints and making quick decisions to ensure happy customers and timely accurate services.
- Passion to exceed individual and store sales and targets
- Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekend and late-night trades
- Experience within the music industry is an advantage, but not essential.

**Salary**: From $42,000.00 per year
