**What will you do?**
We are on the lookout for an organised, forward thinking HR Administrator to join our team. You will be the face of our HR team providing administrative support. Key responsibilities include:
- Provide administration support to the HR team, including but not limited to, all communication that is sent out to staff, creating templates and supporting processes
- Support the HR project lead with consultations by collating artefacts, taking minutes and any other reasonable direction
- Under the direction of the HR project lead, review, analyse and identify gaps and inconsistencies in documentation for our village team members
- Liaise with the village teams to ensure Employee Self Service data and other records are up to date
- Project administration and support including calendar management, minute taking, scheduling and data entry.
- Assist in the development and reviewing of policies and procedures.
- Provide support, including interpretation and maintenance of HR policies, programs and procedures.
