Our space will allow you to reminisce about your old school days from the music we play or your travels to Asia from the flavours in our dishes, we would like you to feel a sense of belonging, a connection that will take you back to where we 'all' came from.

**About The Role**

We are on the hunt for our next ROCKSTAR.

Due to our small and intimate setting all team members will be required to perform several roles, such as Host / Bartender / Waiter. This position will be ideal for a highly experienced individual looking to progress their career in the near future.

**About You**
- Available to work weekends and evenings
- Currently Reside On The Gold Coast
- Has Full Working Rights
- Have knowledge of RSA requirements in a licensed venue
- Be able to demonstrate your knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine and spirits
- Be able to demonstrate that you can carry three plates
- Mixing beverages using an extensive range of ingredients including liquor, bitters, soda,, sugars, fruits, shrubs
- Making beverage orders from guest or wait staff and serving drinks as requested, paying extreme attention to detail
- Assessing guest preferences and making drink recommendations
- Providing a positive and friendly guest experience
- Greeting guests and showing them to tables
- Staying attentive to the needs of guests in the dining area
- Delivering food and describing dishes
- Ensuring the food order is made correctly by kitchen staff and looks presentable for guests
- Taking reservations in person or over the phone
- Taking orders and making suggestions and process through POS
- Process payments

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
