An exciting opportunity has arisen for a
**Digital Marketing Coordinator** to join a dynamic team at Seed Heritage.

This role will be responsible for implementing digital marketing strategies and initiatives to continue to drive online sales across Seed Heritage websites and Marketplaces and support brand awareness of Seed Heritage.

**THE ROLE**:

- Process Digital Campaign Briefs from Website Updates to EDMs
- Oversee Paid Performance Marketing Channels (Affiliate, Facebook, Instagram, Google, Pinterest etc)
- Maintain and Optimise CRM/EDM Database Segments
- Maintain, Analyse and Optimise Digital Marketing Reporting
- Liaise with agencies, stakeholders and third parties to ensure Seed Heritage content and digital strategy is executed.
- Identify and recommend opportunities to improve site key metrics including (but not limited to) site traffic, site conversion and AOV.

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE**:

- A relevant tertiary or equivalent qualification in Marketing/E-Commerce
- Previous experience in digital/marketing retail
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in all MS Office Programs
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics or similar analytics software
- Ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
- Working knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud (previously known as Demandware) or similar eCommerce systems (Desirable)
- Working knowledge of JIRA or similar issue tracking systems (Desirable)
- Basic Adobe Suite knowledge, particularly Photoshop and Figma
