**About the Role**

This role is responsible for the delivery of a range of administrative services to support the operation of the claims operations team.

**Duties**

It's an exciting time at icare where no two days are the same; as an **Administration Assistant**you will:

- Provide a range of administrative and support services, including records management, routine correspondence, meeting and event coordination, to support the effective operation of the claims operations team.
- Collect information for and prepare documentation and correspondence in line with quality and organisational requirements, to support information flow and inform decision making.
- Complete routine financial transactions and purchasing services, ensuring compliance with standards and procedures.
- Respond to enquiries, and escalate and redirect issues as required, to ensure the provision of accurate information.
- Update and maintain records and databases, complying with administrative systems and processes, to ensure that all information is accurate, stored correctly and accessible.

**Skills & Experience**
- A team player and able to work autonomously
- Intermediate computer skills
- Professional phone manner and verbal communication
- Organisational and time management skills
- Problem solving and decision-making skills
- Understanding of legislation protocols - preferred
