A well known National Retailer are looking to hire an experienced RDM. This role will be based out of their head office in Melbourne. The role will start out as a 3 month contract, before becoming a permanent full-time position.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement design strategies that align with their brand identity and business goals.
- Assist concession partners with in-store design and installations.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Conduct site visits and audits to ensure design standards are maintained across all locations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- Experience in a similar RDM role locally
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous retail design projects.
- Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willingness to travel to various store locations as needed.
