ROLE IN A NUTSHELL As the Boutique Manager at Elka Collective Armadale, you will lead the day-to-day operations of the store, delivering an elevated customer experience that reflects the brand's modern, refined aesthetic.
You'll inspire and mentor your team, drive sales performance, maintain visual merchandising standards, and ensure a seamless and luxurious in-store environment.
This role is perfect for a dynamic leader with a passion for fashion, strong commercial acumen, and a commitment to delivering premium service.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Leading and motivating the boutique team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets Creating a warm, personalised in-store experience that aligns with Elka Collective's brand values Managing day-to-day store operations, including opening/closing, rosters, and cash handling Driving business performance through analysing sales reports and implementing effective strategies Overseeing visual merchandising to ensure store presentation reflects seasonal campaigns and brand standards Recruiting, training, and developing team members to build a high performing, engaged store culture Managing inventory, stock levels, and deliveries with accuracy and efficiency ABOUT YOU You have previous experience in boutique or premium fashion retail management You're a natural leader who inspires and empowers your team to succeed You are passionate about fashion, styling, and creating memorable customer experiences You have strong commercial awareness and thrive in achieving and exceeding sales targets You're confident in visual merchandising and maintaining high store presentation standards You're organised and detail-oriented, with excellent time management skills You bring a positive, solutions-focused attitude and thrive in a fast-paced environment You enjoy building genuine connections with customers and team members JUST SOME PERKS WE OFFER Epic discounts – Up to 50% off top brands like Review, Superdry, Black Pepper and Clarks
