As an SEO Manager, you will play a pivotal role in implementing and driving all SEO activities to improve key metrics and drive traffic to our websites. This includes both onsite and offsite SEO strategies, with a strong emphasis on achieving high rankings across multiple international brand websites through natural organic search on all search engines.

**What success looks like as an SEO Manager;**:

- Develop and implement a best practice SEO strategy in collaboration with the Global Performance Director and business leaders.
- Conduct regular SEO audits and make necessary optimizations based on the recommendations.
- Drive SEO activities to improve key metrics and increase website traffic, focusing on both onsite and offsite optimization.
- Ensure technical SEO best practices are continually optimised in coordination with the E-Commerce department.
- Execute strong backlink acquisition campaigns to enhance the digital presence of the brand.
- Generate and refine content ideas with a focus on organic SEO.
- Achieve high rankings across brand websites through natural organic search on all search engines.
- Perform competitor and industry analysis to develop effective strategies for desired results.
- Conduct keyword research aligned with business objectives to optimise existing content and identify new opportunities.
- Provide regular reports on the effectiveness of SEO activities, offering insights for future campaigns, and develop a monthly optimization action plan.

**Skills and experience;**:

- Minimum 3 years of SEO experience in a similar role (in-house or agency-side), preferably in ecommerce.
- Strong background in SEO, technical implementation, and web analytics.
- Understanding of CSS, HTML, and Javascript's impact on user experience and search engine visibility.
- Experience in keyword research and creating meta descriptions.
- Proficiency with tools like Google Search Console, analytics software, SEO tools, content management systems, and agile project management.
- Strong data analysis skills to identify trends and opportunities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects.
- Innovative thinking and collaborative teamwork.
