Are you passionate about crafting unforgettable travel experiences? Our client is seeking a talented and experienced Product Manager to join their team. You will manage internal and external contracting processes, negotiate with key suppliers, and grow commissions to support product strategy.

**About the role**:

- Collaborate with essential airline partners to ensure tactical airfares delivery
- Develop and maintain both internal and external contracting procedures
- Provide precise product information to the marketing team and customer consultants
- Manage advertising budgets for contracts
- Foster process improvement and staff development in collaboration with the Product Team
- Engage in ongoing contract negotiations with tourism partners
- Establish high-level deals with key suppliers through negotiation

**About you**:

- Experience in tourism/travel industry highly regarded
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with a performance-driven attitude
- Ability to manage campaign timelines with key internal stakeholders
- Strong leadership skills and experience in strategic thinking
- Supportive, customer-focused, and positive attitude
- Exceptional negotiation skills at all levels
