APG Workforce are currently looking for a Bridge Labourer for a 3-month assignment Government Sector based in Sydney CBD.

**Start Date: ASAP**
**Pay Rate**: $39.95 hourly plus super

**End Date: 3 Months** + possible extension

**Location** - Sydney CBD

**Primary purpose of the role**
The role will be required to undertake a range of functions relating to maintaining timber, steel or concrete bridges, including assisting other trades. The role also operates a range of equipment or machinery and

carries out labouring.

**Key accountabilities**
- Ability to work under limited supervision either in a team environment or independently.
- Ability to operate plant or machinery to a high level of skill and achieve predetermined tolerances or standards.
- Provide guidance to other team members and generally responsible for the completion of a function or activity to a quality specification.
- Ability to identify and resolve complex problems with others assistance.
- Demonstrate the five ways of leading behaviours to deliver organisational outcomes for our customers, our people and communities for the greater good.

**Key knowledge and experience**
- Commitment to Work Health and Safety (WHS).
- Demonstrated ability in problem-solving, interpersonal skills, quality, environment and Work Health
- and safety.
- Demonstrated ability to perform routine servicing and maintenance on plant and equipment such as compressors, gantries, dust extractors and vehicles.
- Prepare surfaces by hand or power tools and abrasive blasting

**Essential requirements**
- Current Construction Industry White Card.
- Willingness to undertake any legislated or internal licensing or ticketing requirements as directed
- It is a prerequisite that applicants possess a current motor vehicle driver's licence.
- The successful applicant may be required to work outside regular working hours or travel on occasion.
