eStore Logistics is the market leading eCommerce and omni-channel third-party Logistics provider (3PL). We are a tech enabled logistics leader, having a strong reputation as the trusted fulfilment partner for our clients which include Australia's largest pure play online retailer, Australia's largest online furniture retailer, more than 10 of Australia's top 50 eCommerce businesses and many iconic retailers which have a retail store and eCommerce presence.

**What will you do?**
- Work as part of a team to achieve daily KPI's
- Execute daily activities efficiently, safely and in line with SLAs
- Provide systems administration and clerical support where required
- Contribute to building strong team ethos that facilitates continuous improvement and a high performance culture
- Record, measure and analyse workplace and operational data via WMS
- Follow all laws, regulations and policies, and adhere to traffic management rules and safety
- Perform picking duties using a trolley
- Sort, pack, tape and label customer orders
- Operate a computer to pick and pack orders, receipt goods and perform cycle counts
- Maintain work area in a clean and orderly condition
- Participate in toolbox talks as directed by management

- High level of verbal, written and reading communication skills
- Ability to build relationships with diverse individuals
- Time management and ability to follow direction
- Problem solving and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, work towards deadlines and under pressure
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and operate computer systems

**Additional requirements**:

- Prepared to undertake any additional training to complement the operation.
- Australian citizenship or permanent residence.
