**About you**

We're looking for an experienced Legal Assistant who is comfortable supporting multiple fee earners in our Disputes & Investigations group. Your drive to consistently deliver outstanding service in a timely manner will be highly regarded. You will enjoy working within a large team alongside other Legal Assistants in a collegiate environment.
A strong work ethic, the ability to manage conflicting priorities and keep on top of deadlines are some of the other key qualities we are looking for, in addition to adapting to different working styles.

- At least 3 years of experience in a similar legal support/administrative role
- A positive can-do attitude with a team-based approach to work
- A true interest and a drive to continue learning and engaging within the legal industry
- The ability to manage a varied workload
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Experience with document production software

**Your role**

This is an exciting opportunity for a Legal Assistant to join our Disputes & Investigations group. Our Legal Assistants work together to provide support to multiple fee earners, including Partners, in an uplifting and collegiate environment.
Supporting a busy team you will be responsible for:

- Opening new files;
- Filing court documents;
- Diary management;
- Collating documents and preparing briefs;
- Document and correspondence preparation including court documents;
- Monthly billing;
- Liaising with clients; and
- Other general administrative duties and support as required

In addition, applicants must demonstrate strong organisational and time management skills and the ability to complete tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
