We currently have multiple casual positions available for Baristas.

Position will be predominately offered to Junior Level uni students with flexible availability.

We need someone who can do a mix of morning and afternoon shifts during the week and at least 1 day on the weekends.

(We can work around Uni timetables during the week)

In this role, your key responsibilities will be:
? Handle cash at the register when taking orders and giving change

? Experience in a similar environment

? Experience using a coffee machine and Mazzer coffee grinder.

? Excellent Customer service skills

? Ability to maintain cleanliness to food safety standards

? Assist with bi weekly equipment cleaning and maintenance

? A friendly, approachable personality

? Highly motivated to work within a team or independently

? Excellent work ethic and commitment to role

? Experience as a barista is highly desirable

? Must be available to work a rotating 7-day roster.

Essential for success in this role is:
? Proven customer service experience preferably in a retail / hospitality environment;
? Availability to work both week days/nights and weekends; and

? Commitment to complete online training as required for the role

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $21.80 - $36.30 per hour

Expected hours: 3 - 10 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Barista: 1 year (required)
- Customer service: 1 year (required)
- Food handling: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Food Handling Certificate (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Ability to Commute:

- North Lakes, QLD (required)
