Job Description:
We are seeking a Contracts Manager to join our team in Melbourne, Australia, with a focus on renewable energy projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of contract negotiation, administration, and compliance to ensure the successful execution of renewable energy projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead contract negotiations with suppliers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
- Review and analyze contract terms and conditions to mitigate risks and ensure compliance
- Develop and implement contract management processes and procedures
- Monitor contract performance and resolve any issues or disputes that may arise
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure contracts are aligned with project objectives
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management, preferably in the renewable energy industry
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
