**Job Description** Job Purpose**:

- Manage deliverables for retail projects at different stages within a large programme of works

**Responsibilities**:

- Support on project deliverables through the life of the project including Estimating, Procurement, Contract and Post Contract activities for projects value between $1m to $10m
- Develop good working relationships with client project management team and internal cost management team
- Gain a good understanding of the processes, tools and best practice templates used to meet our deliverables
- Gain a good understanding of the terminology and ways of working within the retail sector
- Providing Client with cost advice for budget purpose including cost planning of upcoming projects (New Stores and Renewals). This may include site walks within NSW.
- Clearly understand our scope of service and carry out commission management functions at project level

**Qualifications**
- Cost manager with good technical background (relevant degree).
- Some demonstrable ability to manage projects on their own and have some client facing experience. Although retail experience would be useful this is not a key criteria.
