**About the Company**

Are you a Factory Baking pro with a passion for donuts, cakes, muffins, pastries and all things delicious? Join our manufacturing facility and production team Having built a cult following for classics such as Fresh Jam and Cream donuts, Daniel's Donuts is now rapidly growing its manufacturing, retail and wholesale operations.

**Key Purpose of Role**

Our **Factory Baker's** are the talent behind our mouthwatering donuts, muffins, and more. Working in our high-energy manufacturing facility, you'll oversee the preparation and production processes that keep our sweet treats consistently top quality. Collaborating with a skilled kitchen team, you'll manage each production stage to ensure every product meets our delicious standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Your major responsibilities will include:

- Operating industrial machinery,
- Strict adherence to recipe and processes;
- Preparing ingredients for the required batch sizes, including dough and mixes;
- Preparing and organising ingredients and equipment;
- Mixing dough and cake mix;
- Product quality checks and documentation;
- Support Quality checks and problem solving;
- Cleaning, assembly and disassembly of machinery;
- Cleaning and sanitisation of equipment;
- You must be reliable and flexible; punctuality is essential to succeed.

**Key Skills and Competencies**

**Essential**
- Food Manufacturing is essential, ideally with 2 years' experience on a similar production line;
- Previous experience required operating industrial size mixers;
- Knowledge and understanding of Food Safety Programs
- Able to function in a fast-paced environment and support problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail;

**Desirable**
- Experience in making cakes, muffins, pastries and other baked goods on a large scale is an advantage;
- Forklift licence with high-reach experience;
