**The Opportunity**
Come and discover the opportunity to join our Australian Steel Markets Marketing team as a **Brand Experience Manager** based in **Mascot**. As BlueScope continues to grow as a business, we continue to strengthen and develop our people. We need to ensure we have the right mindsets, capabilities and skills to create and inspire smart solutions in steel to strengthen our communities for the future.
In this exciting role, you will contribute to the growth of top and bottom-line performance through the execution of communication plans and supporting the management of key strategic brands such as our iconic COLORBOND and TRUECORE steel products.
You'll have the rare opportunity to work in an environment utilising both digital and traditional adverting on a very large scale as well as new and emerging channels. You will work with a friendly and supportive team and have access to hybrid working arrangements, formal and informal training to expand your skills, competitive remuneration package including attractive superannuation options and profit share plan (annual bonus).
**What Will You Do?**
As a key member of our Marketing Communications team, you will:
- ensure that every touchpoint between a consumer and our brands is positive, memorable, and consistent with the brands' identity
- develop long-term strategies for increasing brand awareness and loyalty
- project manage key brand campaigns and activations, designed to support the segments across the full range of marketing communication activities and focussed on driving growth
- oversee production, flighting and scheduling for all media activity
- manage administration duties including project, campaign and agency management, budget management, process management of systems and procedures
- support planning to expand marketing initiatives into different states and territories to sustain and build growth for our brands and products
**More About You**
As a proactive, strategic marketing professional with similar experience gained in either an in-house marketing team or external agency, you will bring:
- a Marketing Degree or equivalent level of expertise gained from a combination of experience, training or professional accreditation.
- sound experience in consumer and/or business-to-business marketing in retail, commercial or industrial environments
- experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders across a variety of channels and audiences
