**What success looks like as the Quality Assurance Coordinator?**:

- Oversee the meticulous management and tracking of all samples for QA assessment, ensuring a seamless process.
- Conduct thorough reviews of all products upon arrival, focusing on key fit points, overall product quality, trim quality, and composition/care instructions labels.
- Maintain and uphold supplier fit and quality guidelines, ensuring adherence to our standards.
- Generate comprehensive reports, including weekly summaries, monthly impact, and quarterly snapshots, to provide valuable insights.
- Foster strong relationships by providing detailed feedback to suppliers/vendors, contributing to a collaborative and growth-focused environment.
- Collaborate with the Merchandising Team to achieve the best outcomes in QA.
- 1 + years minimum experience in a similar Quality Assurance similar role
- Demonstrate strong garment and technical knowledge, including proficiency in patterns, size specs, and grading.
- Essential experience working across various categories in regular and plus sizes.
- In-depth knowledge and experience in quality assurance.
- Strong communications and organisational skills to adhere to critical path deadlines
- Intermediate to advance knowledge of MS Office and Google Suite
- Experience with Data Reporting is essential.
